I have a similar setup in my canopy. If I may make some recommendations:
1) cutout as much of the board interior as you can. this will help reduce weight and increase the airflow potential around the lighting components.
2) install multiple sets of drawers rails at different heights in the canopy. for example, my canopy has three different height options for the lighting board. this makes it easy to adjust the height of the lights. I suppose a pulley system would allow for more fine tuned control of the height, but I've experienced no limitations with the 3 sets of rails that I have.
