From personal experience, the only way to get rid of them is to pull the rock they are on. Best to trade to a LFS for stuff you want or need. With that many, it could be worth millions!

Curious, what kind of lighting do you have? What about water flow? For some reason, i've never had much luck with mushrooms and i've heard they are easy to keep. They do OK for me, but they don't thrive and multiply like I hear they do for most people.

Great looking tank. I have the red mushrooms in a 90g tank with about 2,500-3,000gph of flow. they really take off. I agree, sell some to the lfs for something else.

I personally would go with a black background. I like the way black sets off the colors in a tank.

yeah I think I will try black!!! also I have 5 clown fish, 1 coral beauty,1 goby,1 sixline wrasse,and a pair of coral banded shrimp.....I also like the idea of waiting and letting the shrooms covering the background,shouldn't take to long lol
