Hi all, here is my current 180g.

System specs:
-48" x 28" x 31" low iron glass
-dose homemade 2-part on timers spaced throughout the day, and add mag when it gets low
-10-20% water changes every 2-4 weeks.
-alk~ 8.5 Ca~420 Mg~ 1300

I don't dose anything extra, I just try to keep the fish well fed and keep up on water changes.

The start:

4/10/16 Transferred the 80g over and started moving stuff around. Still need a bunch more rock but have the skimmer return and dosing all hooked up.

Update, added a few new corals, fish, and two more T5's. growth is pretty good, trying to squeeze out a little more color too. Need to trim some of the acros! Starting to grow into each other.

Yea good job! I see a reefcrest acro in there :) Is it a humilus? The stags at the top right pillar are blowing up! What light are you using?

Thanks for the kind comments you guys! It's my largest and favorite tank I've set up so far. Large tanks really have that stability, I've been able to keep touchier acros without much grief. Piper, the humilis you might be referring to is A. nasuta I believe, recently acquired but should color up nicely. The lighting is a maristar 2 2x250w Phoenix (I only run the right halide) with 3 blue plus and one purple plus. I've also recently added a 2 x 54w fixture with a true actinic and blue plus to help width the tank width.

I am referring to the green acro in the middle of the two pillars that looks like a humilus or a saminosensis (spelling is probably wrong on that...). Under all the staghorns, defiantly doesn't look like a nasuta which would have thin branches.
Why don't you run both halides on this tank? I can defiantly tell the right side is getting good growth, the left side would look so much stronger with a light over it, imo.

Nice!
The height and depth of your tank really give it a larger than life appearance.
Looks huge.

Quick update, added one of my favorite angels, and some decent growth/new additions in the last couple
months. Enjoy!

Such an amazing tank. Let me know when those pesky acros start growing in to each other, I'll take some frags lol. Great reef!

Wow, you got calcium cajones! My little dwarf golden angel is the most I'd ever add and he alone is closing down my pe..

Thanks for the kind words! PE with the blueface is slightly less but not anything I would say too drastically different than before he was added. He's most interested in zoas, acans, the sps and other Lps he doesn't care for as much. He really loves pellets more than anything so I try to give a variety of those plus frozen to the tank each day.
