Thanks for the comments everyone!!! The drilling was a piece of cake. In fact I was joking with the wife at a bad time. I told her we need to get another tank real quick. Needless to say I will never do that again. As far as the overflows go It's just a temporary fix with a temporary sump. I just have some tubing going into the sump. I will be hard plumbing it down the road. I am getting a guraling noise from the drains though. Any one know a fix for this???

Do a search for "durso overflow". They are a piece of cake to make yourself.

How important is it to use the Durso?

I'm a little confused on the benefit of that vs. an AGA overflow kit.

Yeah everything just kind of fell into place with this tank. I'm really happy with the way everything went.

Tank looks good!!! it does more justice to it to have corals in it. I like the 92 BTW. Fits perfectlly in the basement.!!!

Here I drilled for a 1" bulk for a quick water change. I still need to add the hose barb of course.
