i have had this 20 long for about 6 months now and everything is going great. i currently have 6 fish in it. i no that is way to many fish but i have had them in the tank for about 3 months and they do not seem to mind it, plus i have a super skimmer 65.the only reason i have that many fish was because they were really cheap and i was going to get a bigger tank really soon so i could put them in ther, funds got short and i have to keep them in the 20g for a while longer. i have an anthias, an undulated trigger, 2 white tailed damsels, a clown, and a diamond goby. i am currently going through a cyano stage which is y i bought the goby so he could sift the sand. i have about 30lbs of live rock with some corals- a kenya tree some zoos and some mushrooms. i have a 10g sump with a HOB filter, a modded AC 70 into a fug, and a skimmer.

How's the Undulated Trigger with your clean up crew? I'd love one, but I figured any snails I put in would be toast.

That anthia probably needs a significantly larger tank (so will the trigger pretty darn soon). The anthia requires tons of food to be happy.

His trigger eats all his snails.

Awesome tank though!!!

When did you clean up the hair algea? That anthias picture his good.

i bought 10 sanils and the trigger at everyone of them. right now i have one turbo snail and he cleans my whome tank and the trigger can not pick him off and ha is geting too big so i am going to sell him really soon

ans for the anthias i thought it would be a problem too but he seems to be fine in the tank he is i am in the prosess of building a 95 gallon so i will def put him in there when it is done

putting a undulated trigger in a 20L is suicide for the other fish.. the anthias needs a lot more room.. good looking tank but IMO bad choice of fish on those two.. im not flaming you, you said "tell me wat u think".. the undulated trigger is just about the most aggressive trigger for the home aqaurium.. also that BTA looks hungry.. it has short stubbier tentacles which is almost always a sign of hunger.. try feeding silversides, mysis or little bits of krill..

i am having trouble with the clown hosting so right now im feeding it peices of shrimp and im getting rid of the trigger next thim i go to my LFS. as for the anthias he swimms fine in the tank and does not show any stress sighns. and the trigger does not pick on the fish only the snails.

Yea, not long before the Undulated Trigger kills everything and way outgrows the tank. Most who keep an Undulated keep it in a large tank all by itself because they are so nasty. Catch him and get rid of him before you say goodbye to everything else.

Do some reading on Anthias in Mitchell's books.
