belive it or not a friend i play tennis with built it for me he is an architect and he did it in 2 days it was amazing to watch and he pretty much did it all out of his head but he just moved to san fran so if anyone out on the west coast is looking for a sweet stand loook him up

what deltec model #'s are those? Great tank/stand. What size sump is Melv building for you? Will there be fuge? What return pump will you be using? Are you planning just the Tunze's PHs or will you have a CL?

nice job thus far. i'm actually picking up the exact same tank as my 220 cracked on me...another story!

But i have built the stand for the tank and was wondering because the tank is 24inchs wide where are the overflow holes on the bottom of the tank are they 3 inches from the back 2 inches from the back? I'd really appreicate the info if you could please as i wanna have the stand finished before i pickup the tank

thats the deltec ap702 and 509 stirrer i think the sump is 60x22x16 and yes it has a fuge im using a tunze returm pump maybe 2 and i think im going to use vortechs instead of the tunze now but not totally sure

Did you get one of the plans on Melevs site or something custom? Curious as I have my 210 sitting empty waiting on some equipment decisions. Sump being one of them.

sorry it took a little bit of time but the middle of the hole is 2 inches from the back

yeah im going with Model G but bigger or maybe G modified cant remember i had to get a special company to go get it for me because it is to big for him to ship

wow 5 vortech 2 waveboxes and 4 6101's man I have the same tank with 1 wave box and 2 6100's and 2 modded MJ with the small props and my fish get blown all over the place I hope you are not going to put sand in there

Do you think you are going to make the top for the tank. If you are do you have a design picked out, I am working on making a stand very close to yours but dont have too many ideas for the top. Thanks

my buddy who built it for me moved to san fran but when he comes back to visit he is going to build me a canopy but i let him do that kinda stuff thats way over my head
