So I've started the nano tank to replace the 75gal.

So I have decided to show some pictures, anybody's advice and criticism is welcome!

and then ( I have a tendency to aquire corals and not know the name of them) I was wondering if somebody could identify this coral, it is a hard coral but I just need to know if it likes lots of flow or low flow...thanks!

in a 24, I'm not sure if anything else will live with galaxia in the tank. Read up, man, read up.

Spoiler: Short little corallites with up to 7" sweeper [murderer] tentacles.

I realize that I was a little pessimistic a second ago. When I first started keeping corals I was a little angry with everything dying within a foot of my galaxia that I ended up sitting it on the sidewalk for a few days. In the sun. In the winter.

I really do like your setup, though. The aquascaping is exactly what I would do with the same size tank. I just don't think a galaxia in the middle of it is probably what you're going for. Very pretty coral, though, if I had room I'd have one.

nice rock work - put the galaxia in a corner of your tank and blow a power head right on it to keep the tentacles from sweeping out elsewhere and stinging and killing everything!

Yeah I read up about that after it was ID'd and realized that it has no business in a nano reef. Therefore...

Galaxia for sale in Ames!!!!! 20 bucks for it? it's about 4"x2" will trade for some colorful SPS if anybody around here has some!
