My 40 Breeder, LTA?

I was wondering if I could get a LTA in my 40 Breeder 20 gallon High Sump. Tanks been setup for over 3.5 months now.

Lighting is a 150 Watt MH.

I got a 3-4 inch sand-bed(varies)

My Nitrates are at about 5, but since I got my Refuge going, and my Reef Octopus skimmer running better, its been going good.

I'd also like to get 2x Clarkies clownfish for it. Lemme know what ya'll think.

Also for flow I got 2x Tunze 6015's

Usually it is advised for the tank to be at least 6 months old preferably a year before adding an anemone.
