Oh yea, I got a Stingray but it's too big to fit in the tank!

First up is the display refugium. I moved some Xenia from my display into the new fuge and it's been growing like weeds. Not surprising though.

It's gorgeous! Beautiful gobies, tangs and my person fav for uniqueness, the box fish! I live in FL and wish I had or knew someone with a boat. We can legally collect 1 or two here. The only ones I ever see in LFS are too small to put in with my tangs. I'm also jelous of your clams. I can never seems to keep them for very long. Very, very nice pics, thanks for sharing!

Thank you very much! Like you, the cow is also my personal favorite. I hand feed him mysis daily. That's his favorite food and he's too slow and dumb to get enough mysis when I feed the rest of the fish. He gets some but just can't compete so I've got him trained to come to the top and get his filling from between my finger tips. It always cracks me up when he comes to the top with his horns and eyes sticking out of the water to greet me when I feed. As long as I keep him fat and happy he stays away from my finger corals. He also like sea weed and it's funny to see him play tug of war with the larger tangs over a piece of nori. He's certainly fearless despite his clumsy and slow nature.

Looking great.

How long have u had the red scooters? Have u had to replenish your pods ?

4 of my red scooters have been in the tank for a month or two now. Two of my brown scooters have been in the tank for 4 or 5 months. They eat mysis as well as other critters living in my tank. They all seem to stay fat and happy. I consider them part of my clean up crew. I've only added pods once in the last 5 months.

I love what you did with the power-head attached to your old return lines. Also the one with the cord coming up out of the union on the side of the tank. Could you do it again for us, DIY style, and post a [how to] video for us? I have a feeling you could start a new trend with that thing...

I'm not doing it again! :lmao: It' was a fun task desoldering the little boxes from the Tunze's and then soldering them back together once I ran the cables through the lines and I must admit that the clever little idea worked out extremely well. I originally came up with the idea when I had a bunch of Koralia pumps which were much easier to do. When I wanted the controllable pumps, it became a bit more of chore but was easy enough for my given that I have plenty of experience soldering. I have some photos earlier in this thread including both the original Koralia pumps as well as the Tunze's with their little boxes removed from the cables. You probably saw those though.

Awesome tank once again. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Stingray!!

Thanks McPuff! The Stingray is pretty cool if I must say so myself. I had an 09 Z06 before her and while the C7 isn't quite as fast, it feels quicker until you have shift. The Z06 and it's 7500 RPM pulled longer. It sure drives and handles better and on the whole than the Z and is better in pretty much every way. I'm not missing my Z06, that's for sure! I do have my sights set on the new forthcoming Z06 though. Hopefully in 3 years or so, an upgrade will be in order!
