My Blue Naso may be doomed!!!!

Guys I am at work and I have to post my concern and I can't provide pics. A while back I posted about my tang. One day he had white spots on him and he looked like he had been in a fight and then a few days later he looked fine. Well yesterday he reappeared to look the same way but he is eating. This morning almost overnight he has lost weight and I can see his lateral line (spine). He was in the corner of the tank and wasn't swimming around like he normally does. Didn't have time to do a search in this forum so I wanted to know if you guys could help me out. Also the damage is only on one side of my fish.

Too late. Bovine died. Literally overnight. I think he had a bacteria infection. He had white blotches and stratches on one side of him as if someone took a knife to him. Stomache was sucked in and he looked skinny. All of this happened in 2 days.
