IMHO the two bubble-like formation that you are referring to is the mushrooms foot. in my experience i see that behavior if the mushroom is trying to move or detach itself from the rock.

hey you think it needs more light? should i put it highter? or is it just adjusting to things? it went from halides to pc's. do blue mushs need more light/shade?

dont worry too much, they will adopt, just give them good water param. your pc will be fine. and just leave it alone for a while.

oh btw, when they move most of the time they leave a small portion of its feet which will eventually become a new baby shroom, so cross your fingers.
