my blue tang is breathing heavy and getting more agressive.

i am going threw an ich treatment for it but the spots are basically gone but 2day actually at this moment im looking at him and i see hes breathing heavier than my other fish and is quite more aggressive than them 2 ik he has been a little agressive before but now he seems as if he were a 3yearold after eating 2 much sugar thats how hyper he appears 2 me. any help will be greatly appreciated
