my BTA has puffed up like a balloon and moved

I just got back from the LFS to pick up a cleaner/foraging crew and came home to find my BTA puffed up like a balloon all round a fat. He still responds to touch when the cleaner shrimp dances around on his tentacles so no death...just curious that he puffed up. He also left his rock in the center of the front of the tank and opted for the rear of the tank. He hasn't grabbed on with his foot back there yet either. Just hanging out back there all bloated and puffy.

Params are all good...
