My chelmon rostratus need help

Hello

My chelmon rostratus yesterday ate well.
Today, he is unmoving and he breaths very fast. Now, he don´t eat.

I would like if a reef expert can help me..

he looks to be infected with some sort of parasitic disease either oodinium, brooknyella or some form of whitespot.

Id get him into a hospital tank with good water quality and treat him for this it is hard to see form the pictures which one it is, you may want to reduce the salinity in the hospital tank to 1,016 and eventually 1,010 with a refractometer that is properly calibrated
