My clown fish might be dying HELP!!!

Just yesterday i've been noticing one of my clown fish is laying sideways on top of the water. All my other fish are doing fine. What should I do?

Do nothing. It's normal.

I think that might be part of reason how they got their name.

I have a clown that has been doing that as well, but only after i turn off the aquarium lighting and lights in the room.
