My clown is rubbing on algae..

I had a bad hair algae outbreak
I bought a clean-up crew and now it is all gone.
Now I have some brown/red slime on the bottom sand.

My smaller tomatoe is now rubbing and swiming on this stuff.
The bigger one is doing it also but not as much.

I noticed the fins on the smaller fish are not clear orange.
They are a clear translucent now in spots.
The big one is fine.
The fins are a bit ratty, I think the big one was munching on them

Anything I should worry about? I will post some pics

Looks like ick to me. Could be wrong but the white specs look just like it. It would also explain the rubbing against it.

Lisa

Get a fighting conch. It will munch on these red slime.
I agree with Lisa that it looks like it is infected and that explain the rubbing.

Thats not good..

They were both rubbing on the long hair algae last week.
FIgured they were hosting it.

They both still rub on the long red slime, but only when the lights are out.

I don't know how to fix ich... I guess I need to read up

I am not sure about this.
The spots are not on the outside of the fish.
They are internal. The bigger one was bitting on him again, but there are no torn fins.

Maybe he decided to play with my new anenome. Atlantic type.
