My clown needs help! :(

Helppp!
Today I noticed my clown laying on his side and just staying in the corner on the sand. What's wrong?! He is tiny, he is a baby and the only clown in there.
I have a 29gal thats been up a few months. He has been there about a month now with NO problems and I haven't had any problems with anyone what so ever. I also have 2 Green Chorimis(sp), a hermit crab, baby chocolate chip star, and a peppermint shrimp. Nothing has been added since him. I tested Amonnia, PH, Nitrites, Nitrates, Hardness, and it's all perfect. The salt level is perfect and the temp is fine. I haven't done anything different and he ate just last night. Not today though.
All I can think to do is a water change, but if everything is fine do I really wanna do that?!
The only thing I can think of is, we have two temp readers in there, one on each side. One was a metal one and I noticed it started rusting yesterday so I took it out. Would that effect him? And noone else?
Someone please tell me what I should do..

I hope you have a better result than I had. Lost a mated pair percula with the same issue. I have yet to determine what caused this sudden loss. Checked into clown fish disease tipsia, and another malady. Reef supplier couldn't say what it was. Please let me know if you find what the cause is.

It was just so sudden. =[ Nothing on him looks abnormal or anything. He still isn't eating and still on his side.
