My Clownfish Spawning - short video

Hi all. My clowns started spawning a few months ago, and now like clockwork, every 11 days between 3pm and 6pm, off they go! This video is a little over 5 minutes - the first clip with the pump on - all others, pump off.

This is my first attempt at videography, and you can see I am a rank amateur but hopefully you will enjoy anyway. (New camera: Canon SX10). Also the music is totally random - I was too excited to put together a good mix.

I cannot seem to upload the link directly into this post so if you can help embed it, please do. Thanks and happy reefing.

those are some big clowns. How long have you had them for? I have a pair of O's and they are about 1 1/2 yo and the mamma is a little smaller than a .50 piece and the pappa is about a quarter size. They really havent grown much since I got them. Do you feed them a lot? is that how they got so big?

I've had them for about 2 years. I do feed alot (!).. a mix of flakes and pellets in the morning and frozen @ night (with cyclopeeze treats in between.) The female of course was swollen with eggs so that's why she looks so big

BTW, the sebae anemone they live in is really very healthy - it looks so sickly because the day of the spawn, the male "annoys" the 'nem until it closes up - I assume it is to make room for the spawning activity... but then the next day, its as healthy as ever.

I LOVE THIS HOBBY!!
