On my previous setup, my occelaris pair did the same thing. The brain was irritated at first, but it didn't seem to mind after a short while. Good luck.
Mine host a Hammer but it has burned them a bit and I researched it and found that they will need to develop the right slime, seems they never host what we want them too.
If remove the green open brain for awhile would that help them switch?
What about placing the green open brain under the branching frogspawn? It seems like they haven't even noticed the frogspawn, though its only been 24 hours.
I have a maroon that has a green open brain that hosts it, they've been together for over a year now at least. No issues at all, brain is just like a big cooshy pillow for the clown.
Its tough to tell what a clown will choose as a home . Some would rather host in the hole in the sand or an algae magnet than a big anemone placed in the tank just for them.
My Maroon has killed about every coral I have. She can't get in the cabbage leather, and is happy in the hairy mushrooms, but that's because there is nothing else left.
