I needed dosing container no wider than 2 3/8" and could not find one so I ended up making my own. I got 1/4" scrap acrylic from tap plastics for $5.

This is what I made.

Lid is routed 1/4" x 1/8" around the edges.

This is the space in my stand where the containers will go. The space between the sump and stand wall is 2 1/2" so container needs to be 2 3/8" wide max.

The capacity is 2.8 liters each.

Thats the great thing about this hobby, so much DIY!

Look great!

Im still using 32oz Gatorade containers.

I'm thinking of doing the same slim acrylic containers but wonder how to glue it. Since it's slim you can't get inside with glue applicator. Did you put glue from outside?

If you leave the front/back faces larger, with the sides on the faces, you have a pretty nice land to put solvent on on the outside. Once its wicked into the seam and set you can use a router to flush cut the faces to the sides.
