My dual beckett skimmer

Here are pictures of the skimmer I just built. My wife had told me that I could build a tank into the wall (finally), and I was gearing up for a 450 to 500 gallon tank when I started this one. Then, this past weekend, she told me she wants to move next summer. Anyway, dont know what I am going to do with it now. The big tank is still a plan, but I dont know if I will keep this skimmer or not.

looks great i want to build one myself but i have to build a shead first to get all the junk out of my fish room and start cracking on som of my diy projects!!!

I am taking it over to a buddies this week and see what it will do on his tank. He has a 340 gallon SPS tank. As far as the becketts, I make the housings. I actually have them on ebay right now.

I may be doing some business with you. I see your stuff on ebay. We were your neighbors in Grayson until July, 2004. We're now all the way out at exit 120 in Dacula. It takes me an hour to get to the airport on a good day and much longer during rush hour but I like it.

I did a small water change today on my 75 gallon for some salt water and here it is. It makes bubbles! Not bad for a mag 18. I am going to put it on a friends big tank tomorrow and see what it does.

Never made it to my friends house. He is heading out of town so he wouldnt be able to keep an eye on it. I just went a head and put it in the for sale area.
