My experience with MD

I have got to say i have used you for dry goods in the past and have never been unhappy.

After another vendor took my order for a MH bulb and atinics and never shipped it, I called MD about a bulb they had listed for sale.
My phone call was answered fast and the staff was extremely helpfull telling me how many he had in stock and giving me advice on the bulb and my ballast.
A few weeks later i had made up my mind and i ordered the bulb late on a friday afternoon past your cutoff time for shipments outgoing. I called to see when it would ship and was answered immediatly again. Again the staff was more than helpfull and even saw to it that my late order made the truck that same day.
I have not recieved this order but i have no worries it will be on time and in shape just like all the others.

You guys really got a good thing goin in your service and shipping departments and i just wanted to let you know i appreciate it.
