A little "lessons learned" would be good. What lights are you using? How close to the light was it placed? Etc. thank you

I have taotronics leds and halides.. The sensor was mounted above all the lighting and was blocked off except for the bottom so the reflective light would activate the sensor.. Apparently still too bright.

Dang!!your video had me sold at the 2 min 30 second mark!!!!!!! I want to see my roses dance!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to do this video update for us.

Not a problem at all just trying to give people on the fence about the pump a little insight...

I received mine last night and hooked them up. WOW, does not even cover it! All that power and flexibility of functions for that price is incredible. BTW, 2 of these replaced 6 Koralia 1400's, and there is so much more available flow. I just have a question about the light sensor. Basically, all that is for is so that the flow at night is calm, right? I haven't installed the sensors yet.

One more thing, it was only about 10 shipping days from Hong Kong.

Ok, now your just teasing us. Yes, the light sensor reduces flow.

Yes the night sensor calms the flow down a lot at night. But they are super sensitive. This pump also replaced all 5 of my power heads in my tank :)

They can be synced with an apex and other controllers but it requires some
to the pump controller..
