Hello, so finally i got my tank running, its a 100g 48x23x23 on a custom made wooden stand with a custom 3 chamber acrylic sump sitting in.
-Equipment: sicce 4.0 return pump
-vertex rxy 2.0 reactor(aquaforest carbon, and seachem phosphat removal)
-h&s 150 f2001 skimmer
-jebao mp15 powerheads
-jebao dosing pump
-eheim heaters
-45lbs base rock and 45lbs live rock
-180lbs of sand(80lbs live sand, 100 gravel)
-spectrapure ro/di
-for now 1 kessil 360we tuna blue with spectral controller
few days ago dropped in two shrimps
since then i guess cycle has begun, and today:
-salinity 1.021 (should i increase it to 1.024?)
-Ph 8.3
-ammonia 1.2
-nitrate 5
-phosphates 0.03
-alkalinity dkh 7/8
so a question: are all the parameters ok for the start of the cycle
should i take my shrimps out as im getting ammonia level up?
should i run lights? i run them for 3-4h a day
