Under T5 Actinics(Blue +)

I used ZoaID.com to identify these as "pink panthers."

I don't think I did too bad for my first purchase- approximately 80 polyps for $16.99. They've been in the tank for a couple weeks now, and at least 10 new baby polyps have sprouted on the bottom of the little colony.

They look pretty fantastic in the tank. :)

I think you did good to secure 80 zoas of any kind/color for $ 16.99. With all of the zoas in the ocean, this is still one of my favorite simple zoas to own. Under the right spectrum on a very large rock they are very stunning.

Mucho Reef

Mucho, I am very happy with them, and they appear to be very happy in their new home. They grow super fast, and the really distinctive reddish pink center spots are very neat.

Thanks Chaotic!

Ahhh Mucho..I didn't recognize the name at first, but I have to say your TOTM is my inspiration. After reading your TOTM, you and I seem to have a similar approach to reefkeeping. Hopefully, my tank will achieve the simplistic and gorgeous uniqueness that yours exemplifies.

Bravo for your contributions here...:D
