My flame angels might be pairing up

I got these two flame angels a week ago and they are in my 300 gal DP. A few days ago I noticed them playing together. I hope they will pair up, that will be so cool:beer:. Here is the video.

excuse the dumb question, i'm not up on fish really. do these fish change sexes, like clowns do, or do you have to get lucky and get a male and female?
