my frogspawn has bugs on it

hey guys,i have had a frogspawn for a while now and recently about 2 weeks ago it hasn't been opening up fully and i always see these white things on it,its hard to tell if they are pods or not but they don't really have the ''tails'' like pods do and the antennas.
ever since i seen those bugs on it the frogspawn hasn't been opening fully.
params are fine.

Had them on mine about two months ago. 2 options, people say you can use interceptor, or if you go to home depot, you can buy Bayer complete insect killer. Add about 5ml to a cup of tank water and make a dip for the coral. Dip it for about five minutes, wash it off in another container of clean tank water and place back in display. Coral will look much better the next day. There are threads on it in here somewhere.
