My GBTA isn't so bubble tipped!!!!!!

I guess by looking at mobert's pics you can have different BTAs close together, if so I may buy one or two more to see if that will encourage my clowns to host. You probably can't put a condy next to a BTA could you?

You can but I dont think the outcome would be what you are expecting. IMO condis are very agress. and their sting is podi viscious. I had a condi sting my sebae and it was dead within a week.

I guess a condi wouldn't be the best idea. What's most frustrating is that the clowns have established territory on the other end of the tank and my nem is attached between two rocks on a pillar so I can't move him, plus since the nem has stayed there I guess he's happy. Maybe I should get another maybe larger BTA to put at the end where the clowns are?

my rbta was a clone of one that used to be bubbled up. When it got to my tank he was bubbly for awhile, but I think the fact that it's now used to getting fed it doesn't feel the need to bubble up. I've tried going a long time w/out feeding it but it only seems to make its tentacles even stringier. darn things are so fickle.

My nem has stayed on the same rock but has moved to the back of the rock and has since started to bubble up!!!:D What's real cool is when I'm feeding Rod's food or prime reef I can see the tentacles grab pieces of food and then move it to it's mouth!!! Too bad I can't see it from the front of the tank and only through the side, but the nem is happy so that's what counts!

My clowns still haven't hosted, I'll see them swim next to it and they nudge one another towards the nem almost like they're saying "you try it first", but neither has entered. I'm hoping as the nem stretches out more they will stop flirting with it and host!
