LOL, that border is black here. It is just a html border. Must be different for every browser.

border is blue in firefox and black in IE....

$10 says Firefox is correctly reporting that color from whatever style its inheriting.

Was black in IE for me, now I'm on my garbage iBook w/ firefox and it's blue.

"Bordercolor" was not stated in the HTML so it will adopt whatever the default border color is set in your browser... It is also a link which some browsers may automatically change the border to blue or whatever the alink/vlink colors that are stated in the header of this page.

This may work better...
