My HUGE pet sea hare

My brother picked this thing up for me and was like "here enjoy" ???? im like what in GODS name am i going to do with this thing. I take him over to my buddies tank and within a day and a half his hair alge was all cleaned up. so i brought him back home well needless to say I have no hair alge so im thinking to myself "man what could I feed him??" so I told the wife when she went to the store pic me up some sushi wraps and ROMANE LETTUCE.

This thing loves romane lettuce. check out the pics . so hopefully the storries I always here about them just starving to death in peoples tanks cause there is nothing to eat , can end

looks kinda like you bogger.....J/K. Too bad its not a freshwater one that I can put in my pond. Keep up the feedings little buddy. Whats his name ? I know you have one for it.
 
Wow...hes huge!

You should probably feed him Nori instead of lettuce though. Lettuce has no nutritional value for fish, so I assume its the same for inverts.
 
This is a good thread as I picked up a 4" sea hare last week & he's already wiped out my H.A. problem. I'm going to get some Nori & see if it'll eat it.

My LFS also mentioned feeding algea pellets but I'm sure they're probably loaded with phosphates.
