My lawnmower blenny's belly is "bloated" (pics)

I just noticed this today that my lawnmower blennie's belly area has gotten quite large, anyone know what this is?

Might be a bacterial infection of some sort. I know I read briefly about something called "Dropsy". You might want to check that out.

my blennies stomach used to swell up all the time...i was told its from them eating meaty food...but it never seems to bother him too bad.

i've never fed him any meaty type food. he pecks at algae all day
