My little 18 Gallon piece of the sea

It's been several years since I have had a reef tank so I feel like a newbie:celeb3: This is my 18 gallon nano I built years ago 24x15x12 1/4" acrylic. I'm going to start out as a simple reef my filteration is a hob filter that draws water out of a PVC pipe that I glued in the corner of the tank. Acts as a surface skimmer! The light is a 96watt PC light but will be upgraded to led. Don't really know what I want to do for corals yet? My ultimate goal is to have a diverse reef sps and softies. I got a long way to go!!!! Poor tank looks horrible but soon to be cycled and crystal clear:bounce3:

Tanks really coming along!! This waiting game sucks:hmm2: I still got ammonia in my tank 2.0 it's been two months I think the dry rock and sand is the issue. I haven't been doing as much water changes as I think I should be. Once a week about 1.5-2 gallons. Here's the picture of my new light though its a Chinese evergrow 165watt led. I really like it:dance: it takes a little getting used too!!

I have a nice little colony of superblue zoas.
30ish heads for 30$ taking up valuable space on my frag rack
