my live rock order

My live rock order was waiting on me at the back door today when I got home!! I am very pleased with the quality of the rock. I ordered the Fiji and it arrived well packaged and smells fresh. I love the interesting shapes I recieved. I could not imagine picking out better rocks if I had been there in person. It seems I did not get any hitchhikers, good or bad. Now I just need someone to help me arrange it!! I got this one peice shaped like a bridge I should have fun with. Thanks PA .

Hi Mark,

Glad to hear you were happy with your purchase! Don't be sure to count out any hitchhikers just yet though! A lot of times rock will come in and you don't visually see much in the way of macro fauna, only to find the live rock is crawling with critters a week or two after it's settled into your system.

Mark can you post pictures of your live rock i need to buy some soon and was planning on going through PA just curious to see some pics. Just bought Euro Reef RC-135 from them, ordered on a Monday and was up and running on my tank Wednesday night. Their was a spacer missing on the impeller and Euro reef had a whole new impeller by friday

Have ordered Marshall from PA in the past and can say it is some of the best rock I have ever gotten.....I will also comment of the " no hitchikers" comment..... I looked at every piece of rock over and over and never saw anything. A few months later I pulled out 2 crabs that where hiding in the rock somewhere. So you never know. But when I start setting up my new tank I will be coming back to PA for my rock and sand.

I have to say when I got my first rock from PA I too was disappointed with the hitchhikers... But like rfields said after just over a month I had more crap than I could keep track of, from crabs, to feather dusters to things I had never seen before. From that point on every order was more surprise
