I'm getting rid of an 8 foot by 3 foot shallow tank today (18" tall) if it didn't go through I was going to turn it into a sump/refugium/whatever else I want tank :D

well its 240cm x 60cm 45cm high. dont know inches. I Live in south africa. one of the best builders here built it. i also work in a specialised marine shop called Dorry Pets. the rocks on the right is going to be moved a bit to the left. and also adding a few more rocks to refine the edges of each side and also raising the left a bit. will still take about a week before its filled. cant wait the nano is way to small to my liking

Small update

Thanx. Want to add a few more yellow tangs. Got a tiny blue throat trigger but now I can see its a female and I want a male.
With all the open space im not getting lots of detritus stuck in the rockscape.
Tank was full of coral but sold most of them as I started to prefer other corals.
Actually running jebao Rw8 pumps for flow.
Had mp40 pumps but as this is in my study I couldnt stand the noise the mp40 pumps made.
Wanted to go with tunze waveboxes but ascetics wise it wouldnt have worked for me.
I like to tell myself I have a nice clean scape and dont want to ruin it with large equipment in the tank.
Hatched a bamboo pup 2weeks ago, still not eating. And we dont have live food readily available here.
wonder if I can try and entice him with freshwater shrimp?
