My Mandrin has a Mole... Lymphocystis?

What is this? How do I help her?

Any info would be greatly appreciated. It has grown to this size over about a week and has gotten a little bit bigger over the last 2 days. No noticable problems eating, no other marks, leisions, or moles on her body or other tankmates. Water parameters are within range.

my PJ cardinal has something like this too (next to it's pelvic fin). it looks like a wart right? i have it in QT now, i'm treating w/ maracyn.

She has been in our display tank since before Christmas. I cannot imagine trying to catch her in all the lr- besides the thought of her probably starving to death in a hospital tank.... However, I don't want any of our other fish to get what she has or may have...
