My nem never did this before, whats it doing?

Ive seen pics of them in the wild looking like this. But mine never has!

The light JUST went off and I have a lil one watt lunar light on.
I look over a few minutes later and it looks like a softball!

on a Normal night it just shrinks up a tiny bit but still stays wide open.

Only change: added a tiny maxima clam about 4 hours ago (on way other dide of the tank)
and two black footed trucus snails


oh.. and my normal 400 calcium level got bumped up a lil to maybe 410, because lfs said clams appreciate 420 for calcium.

Yours do this at night?

Looks to me like its getting ready to expel waste. Definitely natural.
