I just wanted to ask what the deal was I bought a brand new dual pfo 250 hqi ballast and when I received it I tried it on two xm 20k bulbs and two radium bulbs they would light but would only push the bulb to about 20% of the light flicker then go out. so the I figured maybe it's not meant for these bulbs. Called a rep and then you told me to send you the invoice because you didn't have me in the system which is weird because I bought a pacific coast chiller along with that order including the radium bulbs. Then it's been in the garage for about 2 months waiting for my pfo mini pendants to see if they would work with them and nothing so what can I do please help me. Have made several big orders from you since including a 400w hqi pfo and two pfo minis plus the 400w hqi bulbs so I would really hate to lose a brand new ballast. Thank you Andrew
