Just wanted to show my new acans. I don't have any reefer friends, so I only have you guys and gals. Several really good LFS here in Tampa. Got a great deal on them.

Nice find for so cheap, you can really get lucky with those sometimes if you can bring them back, how long has it been in your tank?

They certainly look promising. What other stores besides Coral Corral are worth checking out in Tampa?

Check out Fish and Other Ichthy Stuff in Oldsmar, and Drysdale Aquarium in Land O Lakes. One is 10 minutes West of Tampa, and the other is 10 minutes North of Tampa. You can really find some good bargains if you try to hit all of the local LFS on a regular basis.

I love acans, I am curious to see how that grows out, what kind of lighting do you have?[/QUOTE

Using power compacts, one white (10,000K) and one actinic. Plus an all blue LED strip. I only run the white light for about 4 hours per day. All of my corals are low light corals like acans, zoas, and rics

I've been driving up to Fish and Other Ichty things to get my stuff, and I live in Sarasota. Nice guys there.
