sorry , dont know much about designer clownfish .seen a few pic's of the ugly snowflake mutants but to each is own . if your picassos are a. ocellaris (same for a. nigripes) the rbta is not a natural host anemone . it will take some time before they accept it . my nigripes would not touch the rbta when the h. crispa was in the tank .was after three weeks of not eating , sulking and digging in the area where the h.crispa had been that it went to the rbta . it never interacted as well with the rbta as with the h. crispa . someday i may dedicate a tank for a group of a. nigripes and an h. magnifica . imo having a clownfish with it's natural host anemone is best . my a. polymnus used to dissapear inside the mouth of it's s. haddoni . i should have never replaced the h. crispa (had to get rid of that overgrown aptaisia i mean rbta), it's not the same without an anemone . I curently have a purple tang and two t. clams which are getting big , not much room left for another sebae anemone . with the purple tang (they get large) i don't know how well the tank would handle the bio load of a large anemone . i enjoy a simple setup , dont want sumps and all the other stuff required to support a large bio-load .
