Latz go in crispa predominantly in nature, but mine have gone in E. quadricolor and S. haddoni too. They'll take what they can get in captivity.

BTW, the bigger two are the latz. The smaller two only think they are. The smaller two are "my new babies."

Yeah I think they are clarkiis. I picked them up while I was in Ohio on business. I thought they might be allardis initially.
I like them... whatever they are. I bought them because I like them.

What temperature do you keep your Latz at? How long have you had them?

About 78 degrees for about 8 months.

You smaller two are indeed clarkis.

It is interesting in the Fautin/Allen book that they only list crispas as the natural host for Latz, but the picture of the Latz on the same page has them in a BTA.
I have heard from a person who collected them that all the ones he saw on Lord Howe Is. were in BTAs.
