My name is Mantisfreak on a number of other sites. Where did you get him? Peacocks are hard to find these days.

I got him from gateway aquatics - most stores refused to order them in. He has been good except he and my thermometer apparently had a run in when he saw his refection.

Be thankful that it wasn't the heater. My article points out that many a mantis have met an untimely death due to glass heaters.
