dragonette
Yes, its LIVE rock.
Hey all.
I recently got a pair of true percs and a sebae anemone. They didnt even look twice at the sebae so I traded him for a BTA.
The bta attached immediately and ate a peice of calamari almost instantly. He colored up to orange and green within a few hours (looked brown in the store).
He slowly moved across the rock I placed him on and into a crevice on one of the sides of the tank. His tentacles are sticking out so hes not completely hiding... but should I be worried?
The side where he is doesnt get as much light as the top and front...
I know its instinctive for BTAs to plant in a rock crevice but Im just curious if its normal for him to move into a crevice that quickly?
Thanks guys!
hopefully the percs will pay attention to him
Jessica.
Ps- hes in a 24g AP with a 14k 150w sunpod, reef established over a year. no other anemones in the tank besides a few mini carpets.
AND!
the clowns wont touch anything I feed them. Ive tried everything from brine to reg. shrimp, calamari, mysis, cyclops... everything but flake... is this normal they wont eat? Ive never had this issue before...
