very pretty color.
I agree that it definately IS NOT a capricornis. THere is no doubt about that. It definately IS a plating montipora though, most likely a foliosa, but there are many many similar looking plating monti's. but very pretty that is for sure.

Why would you say that?mine is still a frag but i seen the mother wholled just the same as a orange or green

?
Why would I say what?
You have seen the mother "wholled"?

I would say that it is not a cap based on the corals appearance. That is all I was saying. I was just in agreement with others that have posted.

Yeah its a M. foliosa :) I have that same coral but its about 5 inches round and growing like a weed! Nice score.

Here is a shot of mine about 2 months ago. It shows sick looking polyp's as well when you look closely at it.

I had frags of this listed and for sale. I had not one bite. Believe it or not. I will be doing another SPS Frag round seeing how I just set up my 40 breeder as a strict frag system.

I have orange digi
green digi
purple digi
green slimmer
green pocilapora and so on

Orange cap, Idaho grape colored cap etc etc...
I don't want to jack his thread though:(

Spank.
