What the price tag on that.I was asked about the camera, it's a IP camera, works from any place and with any device.
Ceiling mounted, about 10 ft away.
Had it for about 3 years.

Its cheap for being 12X Opitcal Zoom and PTZ (360 deg movement).
Also the IP part is also very important.
That is what gives you the direct access from anywhere.
To maintain an Eel you must take special precautions.
All rock work must be secure, and enough space for it to hide.
The tank must have a lid and escape proof on top of that.
Depending on the species, all your crabs, shrimp and small fish will become a meal.
Eels must force water through their gills by opening and closing their mouths to breathe. Because of that you want to maintain high dissolve oxygen.
CO2 scrubber makes this possible.
On top of that, you will need a chiller to maintain around 76-77.
Lower the temp, the more dissolve oxygen you will have.
UV is not bad to have.
This list is not mandatory but its recommended.

If you never kept one, I hope I do not ruined your experience, but the first time I seen one, I thought it was dead. They like to hang over a rock with there head facing down, vertically, lol.
First time you see this, you will freak out. I still do.

Its not easy to see eel den so open, and be able to take a picture.
