My new-found unwanted pet!

Caught this guy on camera tonight.. Didn't have the heart to kill him. Anyone know a good way to trap him so I can banish him to the fuge without killing it?

I had a crab just like that in my 14g BioCube for about 8 months, from what I understand they are rock/gorrilla crabs. Mine started killing/eating my fish so I was determined to get him out. I starved my tank ( corals as I had no fish left ) for about 3 weeks and got one of those Xterminator traps for mantis shrimp and put a silverside in it, overnight I got him I think the key was to starve the tank and get him really hungry.
