Here some pics of my new JBJ (not actually new but 4 months established).

Just a quick question to the faithful nanonites.......Is a maxi 1200 enough flow for a 24 g with the stock nozzle? I would like to add another maxi, but I know my temp. will rise.

A staff member at a LFS told me that I could do a closed loop with the nano cube, but I have no clue where to start with that one.

I have the sam and the same powerhead and think the flow is great.

Cool picture of the Sally Lightfoot.

What are your future plans with this setup?

i got a sally lightfoot in the same tank but the small hermits took all but 3 of his legs off. and i also have 2 clowns.

Well,

I'm thinking of adding another powerhead for extra flow (not sure yet). Thinking about starting a little fuge in the rear chamber. Regarding the sally lightfoot, it seems to be getting bad reviews in the nano. I dont see why.

i think he will be fine in there, but at first he was agressive now he is ina little tank because almost all of his legs aqre gone

hi iv got same tank useing maxi-1200 in place of stock pump with a differant outlet pipe that directs water down through the surface of the water and a 900 maxi hooked onto the back inside tank for good flow [love those dragon eye zoos

I added another pump today for more flow but I'm noticing that the pump is shooting out micro bubbles every so often. Does anybody know why this is happening?

Here are pics of what I did to add the othe pump.

Could the pump be running a little dry? Like maybe there are spurts where it isn't totally submerged in water?

Cool Mod, I have always wanted to try that. What are the name of those elbows, the guy at Home Depot gave me a stupid look when I described them to him :)

Some new pics:
As for the extra powerhead, i took it out because of the microbubbles. Also my sapphire skimmer is now causing microbubbles as well so I have it on a timer to come on at night.

Nice set up and choice of corals! I am just getting back into it and thinking of seting up a Nano. What kind of lighting are you using in this set up?

Those are the stock lights which are a total of 72Watts. I know a lot of people upgrade their lighting or even go as far and get MH, but as you can see the tank looks fine and I have seen so many tanks with the same lighting.
