My new peacock mantis shrimp!

Here is the new 3" peacock mantis shrimp that I have got today for my 30g cube tank. I dont kno what I should name him yet.. Check this picture out my mantis is eyeing me so bad

I was Looking at what corals you have in your signature space. the sea mat (if palythoa) is highly toxic, so you should be careful around your mantis

Why would a shrimp that eats crusteaceans have to worry about a colonial polyp?

snails, hermits, clams - those are meals

Got it on ebay, there were about 7 of these identical tanks for 40$ plus shipping.. pretty good buy for a 30g cube acrylic.

I sometimes see Jhock (my mantis) hitting his pvc burrow on the end of it. Does he want a bigger burrow? its a 2" PVC structure I hope he doesnt out grow it??!

my peacock abandoned her 2.5 inch burrow, she ended up making one above ground by moving a lot of rubble around to the new entrances...
