Sorry, don't look like PPEs to me from the picture. Should have a green skirt, purple body, and bright green mouth. Maybe they appear that way in your tank but it's not coming through on the pictures.

They look like a nice paly but not PPE's. If they were sold to you as PPE's I would let the seller know that's not what you recieved.

Looks like they were represented as PE (people eater) not PPE (purple people eater). You can try and match them to a picture here to try and figure out what they are:
