My New Snowflake Clowns

Thanks for the info. I want to try adding a pot like this for a pair of clowns I have in 20g QT. They will be there for some time. From your experience, which pot do you think would be ideal, ceramic or clay?

So you want to hook up your clowns with a potemone? Lol. Could be co-incident but in general I have noticed more pre-spawning behavior in clay pots than in ceramics. I will probably take that ceramic pot out soon. Also, they go for $5 ceramic as opposed to $0.78 clay.

Yes, thanks again for the info. I read either in your thread or another one of the threads that clowns are addicted to these pots. So I want to make these guys as happy as possible. I will get the clay pot.

I moved a yellow assessor from my reef tank to the cube to keep the clowns company.

I am beginning to suspect that my female clown is actually a Snow Onyx for two reasons. First is the dorsal spine count. She has 7 black ones and 2 white ones with a total of 9 like A. Percula. Second is her blue hue has a "net" like appearance like Snow Onyx instead of regular blue Snowflake spots.
