My new tank video - with mantis!

Haha, thanks! I was at a 10 year high school reunion and ran into a classmate who was a co-writer for the song. There wasn't much by way to lyrics that fit the video so I tried to match up the tempo to certain spots.

JBrown - thanks man.

B3 - Haha, I think you and me are both watching it everytime we check in :p . You could always set up a similar system. Everyone has access to a cannister filter from somewhere. The auto topoff and halide added a lot of cost to the system but I also started with a nice 13w pc 50/50 desklamp that I got from office depot or someplace. You can see a picture of it in my other video:

Also, if you are going to have it at home, there isn't as much need for an ATO because you are going to be fussing with it throughout the day anyways. The only reason, I made my tank so automated is because I live in a different city than the one I work in and didn't want to have to travel in on my days off. Just a thought. Thanks,

Haha, I'm glad you liked it.
Here is a great photo that I just took today:

This is Ike with the remains of a xanthid crab that he dispatched. When he eats, he likes to lay on his back and rest his food on his belly as he looks up at me. Even though he is probably the furtherst thing from it, he still reminds me of a goofy dog lying there... but I usually snap out of it just before trying to rub his tummy. :p
(I know that I have been caling Ike "he" instead of "it" but, hey... this is the mantis forum - everyone knows how much personality these things have!)
